When will I get free shipping?
Shipping is free on all orders above ₹4999. A small shipping charge applies to smaller orders and is shown at checkout.
How long will my order take to arrive?
Orders are usually dispatched within 2 to 4 working days. Delivery times depend on your location, and you will receive tracking details by email once your order ships.
Can I return or exchange a piece?
Please contact us within 7 days of delivery if something is not right. Pieces must be unworn, with their tags attached. See our Terms & Conditions for full details.
Do the colours look the same as in the photos?
We photograph every piece in natural light, but colours can look slightly different on each screen. Handwork and natural fabrics may also vary a little from piece to piece.
How should I care for my saree or suit?
We recommend dry cleaning for silk, zari and embroidered pieces. Store them folded in a muslin or cotton cloth, away from direct sunlight and moisture.
