Welcome to ITIRA. These Terms and Conditions apply to every visit to and purchase from this website and from our store at M3M Urbana Market, Gurugram. By using the website or placing an order, you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.

1. About us

This website is operated by ITIRA, a womenswear brand offering sarees, suits and fabrics. Our store is at R2-115, First Floor, M3M Urbana Market, Sector 67, Gurugram, Haryana 122102, India.

2. Products and colours

We photograph every piece in natural light and describe it as accurately as we can. Colours may look slightly different on different screens, and handwoven, hand-printed and embroidered pieces can vary a little from piece to piece. These small variations are part of the craft and are not considered defects.

3. Prices and payment

All prices are in Indian Rupees (₹) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. We may change prices at any time, but the price shown when you place your order is the price you pay. Payment is taken securely at checkout through Shopify and its payment partners. We do not store your card details.

4. Orders

Your order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we send you an order confirmation by email. We may cancel an order if a piece is out of stock, if there is a clear error in its price or description, or if we suspect fraud. If we cancel after payment, we refund you in full.

5. Shipping

Shipping is free on orders above ₹4999. A shipping charge applies to smaller orders and is shown at checkout before you pay. Orders are usually dispatched within 2 to 4 working days, and you will receive tracking details by email once your order ships. Delivery times depend on your location and the courier, so dates given are estimates.

6. Returns and exchanges

If something is not right, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. To be accepted, a piece must be unworn, unwashed and unaltered, with all original tags and packaging. We cannot accept returns of fabrics cut to length, pieces that have been stitched or altered to your measurements, or items bought on final sale. Once we receive and check the returned piece, we will offer an exchange or a refund to your original payment method. Refunds are usually processed within 7 to 10 working days of approval.

7. Damaged or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong piece, please write to us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and its packaging. We will arrange a replacement or a full refund at no extra cost to you.

8. Care

We recommend dry cleaning for silk, zari and embroidered pieces. Damage caused by washing or care that does not follow the care instructions is not covered by returns.

9. Use of the website

All content on this website, including photos, designs, text and the ITIRA name and logo, belongs to ITIRA and may not be copied or used without our written permission. You agree not to misuse the website or attempt to interfere with how it works.

10. Privacy

We handle your personal information as described in our Privacy Policy.

11. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, ITIRA is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of this website or our products. Our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these terms limits your rights as a consumer under Indian law.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute is subject to the jurisdiction of the courts at Gurugram, Haryana.

13. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page at the time of your order applies to that order.
